Dan Martin, CFE entered franchising in 1988 as a franchisee in Southern California and subsequently became a multi-unit operator and Area Developer. After experiencing franchising from the franchisee side, he founded IFX and spent the next three decades helping franchise organizations use technology, process and better management practices to build stronger systems.
Dan’s experience on both the franchisor/franchisee and supplier sides provides a perspective that few advisors can offer.
Dan’s industry leadership has included service on the IFA Board of Directors and IFA Executive Committee, as well as leadership within the IFA supplier community. He is a Certified Franchise Executive and continues to advise emerging, established and international franchise brands, as well as companies that want to grow their business in the franchise channel.
